Order Processing
Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders require 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for processing.
Once your order is processed, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Please note that during sales events or new product launches, processing and delivery may take an additional 5–7 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All orders placed are considered final and cannot be edited or changed once confirmed.
Order cancellation requests may be considered, but they are not guaranteed, especially if your order has already entered the shipping process. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate before completing your order. Requests for address or order modifications will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.

Deliveries Within Lagos
All orders within Lagos are delivered via our dedicated riders or GIG Logistics. The delivery timeline will be shown to you at checkout.
Deliveries Outside Lagos
Orders outside Lagos are shipped via Fez Delivery, GUO Logistics, or GIG Logistics, and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing.
International Orders
Orders outside Nigeria are shipped via Freightya (Fast Forth) and arrive within 4–10 business days after processing.
Order Delays
RUXÉ HAIRS is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier mishandling
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Undeliverable addresses
- Refused packages or return-to-sender situations
If you believe your order is lost or damaged, please contact us at ruxehairs@gmail.com within 7 business days of your expected delivery date. Claims made after this window may not be honored.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, RUXÉ HAIRS reserves the right to charge an additional shipping fee for resending the order.
