Refund policy

Overview

At RUXÉ HAIRS, we currently do not offer refunds. Items may only be returned for store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase on www.ruxehairs.com.

Return Eligibility

If your item is damaged, defective, or does not fit, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this window, returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  2. Tags and original packaging must be intact
  3. The return must be approved by our team prior to shipping it back

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and the cost may be deducted from your store credit.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, eligible items can be returned for store credit, which you can then use to place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Our team will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  1. Items purchased during sales or promotional events
  2. Gift cards
  3. Items marked as FINAL SALE
  4. Bodysuits, earrings, undergarments, and other hygiene-sensitive items

Shipping & Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time ranges between 1–7 business days
  • During peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5–10 business days

Sales Events

All items purchased during sales events are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit is issued
  • Store credit is redeemable only on www.ruxehairs.com
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
